Customer Relations Centre Club
This club was set up at the end of 2002 and groups together several customer relations centres (BNP Paribas, The Phone House, Teleperformance, Techcity Solutions, Novalis, Business Fil and Gras Savoye). It is intended to provide a forum for informal discussion of realities within the profession. Meetings are organized regularly on a given topic (e.g. in October 2005, the new AFNOR Services standard for customer relations centres), with external speakers if necessary. These meetings are held on the premises of member companies.
